Structure
A Steering Committee governs WMAN. This committee represents the geographic, gender, and racial diversity that reflects the activists in WMAN and the communities affected by hard rock mining. The Steering Committee is responsible for guiding the Network, including budgeting, communications, projects, and fundraising. Leadership is shared and selected from committee members. The Steering Committee currently consists of 19 members, nominated and unanimously elected by WMAN caucuses at the most recent Network conference.
